Luis wasn’t really helpful at all, we were prepared to buy all our bathroom fixtures but we didn’t as Luis just kept telling us what we could not get. Instead of helping us find what we needed, also he let us know once we entranced the store that it wasn’t Home Depot wich was an unnecessary comment. We left and went to all start plumbing in downtown Napa and we fid business with them.

I went in with a warranty question. I was amazed at what followed. I was taken to see Dora so she could look up my purchase and the details of my concerns. Than had very informative discussion on the issues and some solution options. Dora was able to find the account and identify the brand and I could expect from the manufacturer. I could not be pleased with my experience and recommend General Plumbing Supply. Thank You so much.

They had the parts for my plumbing project the big box stores didn't. George I believe his name was is very knowledgeable. They are a little pricey yet having the parts that others don't compensates for that I guess
